So, we played the last show of our tour last night in Alexandria, VA, and began the 10+ hour drive home immediately after. Winding up at the foot of my driveway at 10 am, sleep deprived and exhausted, there was only one thing on my mind- what an utterly amazing week. 

While I could fill pages upon pages with details about the tour, it’d be useless in the end. This was an experience that can’t be captured through words, photos, or video. The people we met along the way and the adventures we shared are something that I will remember for a long, long time. 

Thank you, first and foremost, William Bonney and friends- Jack, Michael, Josh, Ethan, Mike, Mason, Eric. You guys were there with us each and every day and it was a blast. You are some of the best people I have ever met and I am honored to be able to call you all my friends. I had the time of my life with you fellas- watching Yu Yu Hakusho on repeat, playing awesomeball, rushing through Fat Sandwiches, making DC emo…it was all quite a hoot. Good luck with whatever comes your way; we’ll hopefully see you in a few months (wink wink).

Another thank you to Empire! Empire! and Perfect Future. It was a privilege to see you, Keith, Ted, Brendan, John and Matt, for three days of this tour. It was fantastic to play alongside you guys, hang out, and watch anime- I had an amazing time.

The third thank-you goes to our newfound friends in Alta and Arizona Wilder. Going in to tour, I had no idea we’d end up playing three shows with you guys, but I’m really glad that you hopped on to these gigs. It was a pleasure hanging out with all of you and we’re glad you taught us how to creech. 

Finally, thank you to everyone who hosted us or came out to see us. Dylan and the rest of I Kill Giants, Derrick, Thom, Mary, Winthrop, PJ, DJ, Will, Trust Fall, Neil (still can’t get over the fact that you drove thirteen hours)- you made this tour possible and I love you for it. I’m sorry if I forgot to mention anyone; rest assured, I do appreciate everyone we met along the way.

Can’t wait to see you all again.
